3. Processing Refunds
Should a full or partial monetary reimbursement be granted, the credited amount will be routed back to the financial instrument used for the initial transaction. Typically, this process takes between 7 and 12 business days. Please note that exact posting times depend entirely on your bank or credit card provider's processing schedules.
4. Policy on Replacements & Swaps
Traditional item exchanges are not supported. We will solely dispatch a replacement product if you have successfully filed a damage or defect claim that aligns with the protocols outlined in this document.
5. Unapproved Returns & Return Address Notice
rvvropiuy assumes no liability for goods sent back to our facilities without a formally authorized claim.
⚠️ Important Return Address Notice: Do not mail any merchandise back to the original shipping address on your package. If your claim is approved and requires a physical return, our customer service team will provide you with a designated, authorized return facility address. Any parcels returned without prior written consent will be rejected, deemed ineligible for compensation or replacement, and potentially discarded without notice.
